根据最新发布的《中国城市白领健康白皮书》披露的数字，中国内地城市白领中有76%处于亚健康状态，接近六成处于过劳状态，35至50岁的高收入人群中，生物年龄平均比实际年龄衰老10年，健康状况明显降低。

The condition of Chinese white-collar workers on the mainland has received a bad prognosis with 60 percent overfatiguedand 76 percent in sub-health.

中国大陆白领的健康状况预后不良，有六成白领处于过劳状态，另有76%处于亚健康状态。

文中的overfatigued就是指“过劳”，意即过度疲劳，由其导致的sub-health（亚健康）状态会使都市white-collar workers（白领）的健康情况receive a bad prognosis（预后不良，即，情况不佳且无法完全恢复），虽说从词语本身的意思来看，overfatigue的程度要比overwork严重很多，但是英语国家的人们在表示”过劳死“时常用的却是death from overwork。

该报告还显示，high-income groups（高收入群体）biologically ten years older than their actual age（生物年龄比实际年龄衰老10年），并伴有unhealthy lifestyle（不健康生活方式）。但令人欣慰的是，人们的健康意识也在提高，有68%的受访者认为有必要进行常规的health check（健康检查）。
